Customer Communications Coordinator - Pensions

Our Performance Improvement team are looking for a Customer Communications Co-ordinator to join the team on a part time basis (working 17.5 hours per week).

This position will manage and prioritise the workflow requests and deadlines for all communication templates and booklets used by our Member Services teams. Within this position you will lead on making changes to system generated templates and booklets that arise from legislative, policy and process changes, plus a number of different issues that may arise. 

You will be working on the prioritised incoming work stream of change requests, identifying and prioritising worthwhile changes and ensuring that the wider impact of these changes are considered before testing and issuing. Beyond this, you will be additionally assisting with the Performance Improvement Team with various queries and ad-hoc letter approvals before issuing.

Our ideal applicant will have comprehensive experience and knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes along with experience of writing a variety of communications to our members and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.  Your application will ideally demonstrate the ability to ensure that complex technical and legislative information is explained in a clear, non-technical language while adhering to standards of communication that enhance the customer experience.
